The top 4 teams on the HBL PSL points table will qualify for the playoffs. The first and second-placed teams will play each other in the first playoff match.
The winner of that match will advance to the final. The loser of the first playoff match will play the third-placed team in the second playoff match. The winner of the second playoff match will also advance to the final.
